Steamed Tofu

A very simple vegetarian dish.

Instruction

  1. Steam 1 box of tofu (whole or cubed) on high for 6 to 8 minutes. Drain water.
  2. Heat oil, add 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, add 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, add 1 tablespoon of dried shrimp, add 1/2 tablespoon of sugar, add 1/2 tablespoon of black vinegar. Let it boil.
  3. Add 1 tablespoon of green onion and 2 cloves of garlic. And pour over the tofu.
  4. Pour 1 tablespoon of sesame oil.
  5. Garnish with cilantro.
