Instruction
- Boil water with 3 slices of ginger and green onion bottom.
- Submerge in water and pull it out, repeat 3 times.
- Then leave it in the water for 8 minutes, medium heat.
- Prepare the sauce: saute 3 green onion, minced ginger,
and 4 tablespoon soy sauce. - Turn off heat, cover lid and leave it for 20 minutes.
- Put it in icy water for 5 minutes.
