Pan Fried Salmon

Instructions

  1. Combine thyme, parsley, olive oil, soy sauce, pepper, garlic, and honey.
  2. Reserve 1 tablespoon of mix and marinate the salmon with the rest for 30 min in the fridge.
  3. Heat oil in a pan, add salmon without excess marinade, cook for 5-6 minutes each side (do not flip more than once), add the reserved marinade after the flip.
  4. (Alternatively) Preheat the oven to 425 degrees. Place the salmon fillets on a sheet pan lined with oil. Bake for 12 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Brush reserved marinade and back for another 4-5 minutes.

  • 4 salmon fillets 4-6 ounces each
  • 2 teaspoons fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • tablespoon honey
