Instruction
- Soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.
- Mix 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and garlic. Keep the sauce.
- Add oil, add seafood (shrimp, clams, etc) and cook over high heat 2 minutes. Reserve.
- Add 1 onion, 2 cups of sliced carrots, 2 cloves of garlic, and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add noodle, and saute for 2 minutes.
- Scrape noodle to one side, add 2 large egg lightly beaten and saute for 1 minute.
- Add the mixed sauce and 1/4 cup cilantro. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
- Add seafood.
- Transfer, add remaining cilantro, and serve.
