Instruction
- Prepare beef by slicing shaved beef.
- Marinate for 30 minutes: 1/2 yellow onion, 3 cloves garlic, 2 green onion, 1/3 cup soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon sugar, 1/4 tablespoon red pepper flakes, 1 tablespoon sesame seed and sliced beef.
- Add oil to the pan, cook in batches in a single layer for 3 minutes, stirring often.
- (Optional) Mixed in some honey.
