Roasted Fennel with Cheese Sauce

Instructions

  1. Turn oven to 400F
  2. Slice fennel, onion, and garlic.
  3. Mixed with 1 teaspoon of thyme, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  4. Spread in a baking pan and cook for 20 minutes.
  5. Prepare sauce: melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, mixed 3 tablespoon of flour, 3 cups of milk. Cook for 10 minutes.
  6. And in cheese 1/2 cup at a time and cook for 5 minutes.
  7. Lay cooked fennel on a serving plate.
  8. (Optional) Add protein – fish, chicken, beef, etc.
  9. Pour the sauce on.
