Instructions
- Turn oven to 400F
- Slice fennel, onion, and garlic.
- Mixed with 1 teaspoon of thyme, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
- Spread in a baking pan and cook for 20 minutes.
- Prepare sauce: melt 2 tablespoons of coconut oil, mixed 3 tablespoon of flour, 3 cups of milk. Cook for 10 minutes.
- And in cheese 1/2 cup at a time and cook for 5 minutes.
- Lay cooked fennel on a serving plate.
