Kung Pao Chicken

Simple delicious dish for the plain chicken breast.

Instructions

  1. Diced chicken in small cubes.
  2. Prepare the sauce with black vinegar,
  3. Marinate in a pinch of salt, 1 pinch of white pepper, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 1 teaspoon of rice cooking wine, 1 egg white, and 1 teaspoon of cornstarch.
  4. Half cook chicken.
  5. Heat oil in a pan: garlic, ginger, green onion, Sichuan peppercorn, and red chili pepper.
  6. Add chicken, add sauce and green onion.
  7. Add peanuts.
