One of the most flavorful beef cuts.
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Season the short ribs with pepper, paprika, coriander, cumin and garlic powder in the entirety.
- In a pan, heat olive oil. Sear short ribs in olive oil, about 1 minute per side. Remove from pot and set in an oven safe pan.
- Add in 1 sliced onion and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add in diced garlic and saute 1 minute more.
- Pour in 1 cup of broth. Bring to a simmer, mix in 1 tablespoon of rosemary. Transfer to the oven safe pan.
- (Optional) Add a cup of wine.
- Cover and transfer to oven. Cook for 2.5 hours.
