Beef Short Ribs

One of the most flavorful beef cuts.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Season the short ribs with pepper, paprika, coriander, cumin and garlic powder in the entirety.
  3. In a pan, heat olive oil. Sear short ribs in olive oil, about 1 minute per side. Remove from pot and set in an oven safe pan.
  4. Add in 1 sliced onion and saute 2 to 3 minutes. Add in diced garlic and saute 1 minute more.
  5. Pour in 1 cup of broth. Bring to a simmer, mix in 1 tablespoon of rosemary. Transfer to the oven safe pan.
  6. (Optional) Add a cup of wine.
  7. Cover and transfer to oven. Cook for 2.5 hours.
