Pad Thai

The Thai dish that has gone everywhere.

Instruction

  1. Soak noodles in hot water for 10 minutes.
  2. Mix 2 tablespoons of oyster sauce, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and garlic. Keep the sauce.
  3. Add oil, add seafood (shrimp, clams, etc) and cook over high heat 2 minutes. Reserve.
  4. Add 1 onion, 2 cups of sliced carrots, 2 cloves of garlic, and saute for 5 minutes.
  5. Add noodle, and saute for 2 minutes.
  6. Scrape noodle to one side, add 2 large egg lightly beaten and saute for 1 minute.
  7. Add the mixed sauce and 1/4 cup cilantro. Cook for 2-3 more minutes.
  8. Add seafood.
  9. Transfer, add remaining cilantro, and serve.
