Poached Chicken 白斩鸡

Also known as White Cut Chicken.

Instruction

  1. Boil water with 3 slices of ginger and green onion bottom.
  2. Submerge in water and pull it out, repeat 3 times.
  3. Then leave it in the water for 8 minutes, medium heat.
  4. Prepare the sauce: saute 3 green onion, minced ginger, and 4 tablespoon soy sauce.
  5. Turn off heat, cover lid and leave it for 20 minutes.
  6. Put it in icy water for 5 minutes.
