This is a vegetarian stir fry that I tried for those who cannot eat meat.
Instruction
- Chop all veggies (garlic, carrots, celery, cilantro). Optional: chop broccoli.
- Heat oil in the frying pan. Add the carrots. Saute for 2 minutes.
- Add celery and saute for 5 minutes.
- Add 1 tsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 sesame oil. Cook for 7 minutes.
- Add cilantro and saute for another 30 seconds.
Ingredients:
- 1 plant of celery
- 4 medium carrots
- 2 stalks broccoli/cauliflower (optional)
- A bundle of cilantro
- ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 teaspoon extra light olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cooking wine
- ½ teaspoon less sodium soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon water
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 cloves of garlic
