Veggie Stir Fry

This is a vegetarian stir fry that I tried for those who cannot eat meat.

Instruction

  1. Chop all veggies (garlic, carrots, celery, cilantro). Optional: chop broccoli.
  2. Heat oil in the frying pan. Add the carrots. Saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add celery and saute for 5 minutes.
  4. Add 1 tsp cooking wine, 1/2 tsp soy sauce, 1/2 sesame oil. Cook for 7 minutes.
  5. Add cilantro and saute for another 30 seconds.

Ingredients:

  • 1 plant of celery
  • 4 medium carrots
  • 2 stalks broccoli/cauliflower (optional)
  • A bundle of cilantro
  • ¼ teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon extra light olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cooking wine
  • ½ teaspoon less sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 3 cloves of garlic
